1. Overview
Cloud Elevate Pty Ltd ("Cloud Elevate", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal information relating to individuals who interact with our websites, products and services, attend our events, or otherwise communicate with us.
We respect your privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade personal information.
2. Scope
This policy applies to visitors of our public websites, users of our products, participants in our events, and recipients of our communications — unless covered by a separate agreement. For customers who engage Cloud Elevate to process data on their behalf, the governing document is the Data Protection Addendum or contract terms specific to that engagement.
3. What we collect
Visitors
When you browse our public website without logging in, we collect limited data such as cookies, IP addresses and browser metadata, used to operate the site, secure our services and measure usage. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.
Customers and prospective customers
When you contact us, request information or attend an event, we may collect your name, organisation, role, contact details and analytics information. We use this to respond to enquiries, provide information you've asked for, and improve our services. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
Users of our products
If you have an account or subscription, we collect credentials, contact details, payment information (processed by PCI‑compliant providers), support tickets and usage telemetry — used to deliver and maintain the service, communicate updates and ensure security.
5. Government customers
Cloud Elevate provides specialised deployments for federal, state and local government agencies, including classified and protected environments in Australia and partner nations. Additional terms apply:
- Sovereign hosting. Government data may be provisioned in sovereign or classified enclaves in line with contract requirements (e.g. ISM PROTECTED, FedRAMP).
- No unauthorised storage. Customers must not upload information classified above the level covered by the relevant contract into our commercial environments.
- Clearances and access. Personnel handling classified workloads hold appropriate clearances. All access is logged and subject to audit.
- Lawful disclosure. Cloud Elevate may disclose information when legally required or instructed by an authorised official under security or public‑safety obligations.
4. How we use personal information
- Provide, maintain and improve our products and services.
- Respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud or security threats.
- Run events, training and professional services engagements.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
6. Legal basis
Our legal basis for processing includes performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests that don't override your rights, and — where required — your consent.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards aligned with ISO 27001 and the Australian Government Information Security Manual. No system is completely secure; if you have a concern, email security@cloudelevate.com.au.
8. International transfers
We are headquartered in Australia. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

10. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. Send requests to privacy@cloudelevate.com.au. We'll verify your identity before fulfilling any request.
