Cloud Elevate Pty Ltd ("Cloud Elevate", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information ("Personal Information") relating to individuals ("you" or "your") who interact with our websites, products, and services, attend our events, or otherwise communicate with us. "You" may be a visitor, user, collaborator, customer, or government agency representative.
We respect your privacy and do not rent, sell, or trade Personal Information.
Scope
This Policy applies to all visitors of our public websites, users of our cloud and on-premises products, participants in events, and recipients of marketing communications, unless covered by a separate agreement. For Customers who engage Cloud Elevate to process data as a “processor” or equivalent role (e.g., under government contracts), the governing document is our Data Protection Addendum (DPA) or applicable government contract terms.
Data Collection & Uses
Visitors
When you browse our public websites without logging in, we collect limited data such as cookies, IP addresses, and browser metadata to operate the site, secure our services, and measure usage. You can manage cookies via your browser settings or our cookie preference center.
Customers & Prospective Customers
When you request information, subscribe to content, or attend events, we may collect your name, company, title, contact details, and analytics information to respond to enquiries, provide marketing, and improve our offerings. You may opt-out of marketing at any time.
Users of Our Products & Services
If you create an account or purchase a subscription, we collect credentials, contact details, payment information (processed by PCI-compliant providers), support tickets, and usage telemetry to deliver and maintain the service, communicate updates, and ensure security.
Government Customers
Cloud Elevate provides specialised deployments for federal, state, and local government agencies, including classified, PROTECTED, SECRET, and TOP SECRET environments across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Additional caveats apply:
- Sovereign Hosting: Government data may be provisioned within sovereign or classified enclaves in accordance with contract requirements (e.g., ISM PROTECTED, FedRAMP High, IL-5).
- No Unauthorised Storage: Customers must not upload Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Official Information Sensitive, or higher classifications to our commercial SaaS region unless expressly covered by contract.
- Clearances & Access: Support personnel handling classified workloads hold appropriate security clearances; access is logged and subject to audit.
- Lawful Disclosure: Cloud Elevate may disclose data when legally required or instructed by an authorised government official pursuant to security, national-interest, or public-safety obligations.
How We Use Personal Information
We process Personal Information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our products and services.
- Respond to support requests, detect and prevent fraud or security threats.
- Administer events, training, and professional services engagements.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
Legal Basis
Our legal basis for processing Personal Information includes performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests (that do not override your rights), and, where required, your consent.
Security
Cloud Elevate implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001 and the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM). While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure. Please notify security@cloudelevate.com of any concerns.
International Transfers
We are headquartered in Australia and operate global infrastructure, including in the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. When transferring Personal Information internationally, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Children
Cloud Elevate’s services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children.
Your Rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your Personal Information, or to withdraw consent. Submit requests via privacy@cloudelevate.com. We will verify identity before fulfilling requests.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted or communicated directly where required by law.
